part-time job

I see that in some countries, teenagers have jobs while they are still students. Sometimes my friends also suggest me having a past-time job .But I say “no” because I don’t think it’s a good idea, a teenager with a job will give up too much.
First of all, a job will effect negatively to student’s study. It’s said that education today is very complex and difficult. In order to learn well and get good grade, a student must work very hard and really concentrate. Every day student go to school at early morning and attend classes until late afternoon. After stress studying hours, they come home and know that some housework is waiting. They have to finish the boring works such as: wash clothes, clean their room, wash dish….and then sit in front of table to do homework, research of project and prepare lessons for the next day. It’s a busy time table for anyone. Students need all their energy for their studies. If they go to work after classes, they will be very tired and not able to concentrate at the next day.
The second, having a job can also interfere a teenager’s home life. If a teenager spends all day at school after that go to work at night, so when is the time for his family? He won’t be home even for dinner and can come home late at night. This means that he doesn’t have a lot of time to spend with his family. The less time families have together, the longer distance between members is. And then the relationship of members in family can be disrupted easily.
Finally , a teenager with a job will miss out a lot of interesting thing of being young. They don’t have enough free time to join in extractivities, games, clubs…which are very attractive at school. They are busy with earning a living. They have few chances to hang out with friends or funny time to just enjoy themselves. So they’re missing out a nice part of their childhood that they can never replace.
Jobs can bring some advantages but it also take away too much. It’s not worth for teenager to miss the good things of the life. No one should spend all time at work especially not a teenager.
